SHIPPING INFORMATION AND POLICY
Given the delicate nature of our toffee product we take all necessary steps to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Service at Toffee Talk begins the minute you place your order. When changes in climate or destination require extra care, we ship our products in climate-controlled packaging. We have done our best to create a shipping policy that delivers your order in optimal condition and at the best freight rate possible and we make every attempt to send out your order as quickly as possible.
Please see specific shipping information below for Warm Weather Months (May - October)
• San Francisco Bay Area shipments only take one transit day and will be shipped ground.
• Orders placed Monday –Tuesday before 12 P.M Pacific Standard Time will be shipped by the next business day.
• Orders placed Wednesday – Sunday will be shipped the following Monday depending on location and current weather conditions.
• If needed, upgraded shipping - Second Day and Next Day Delivery are an option at check out.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for processing your order, longer during busy holiday seasons. If you need the toffee to be delivered by a specific date, please make a note in the comments section when placing your order.
Federal Express has the option to leave packages without a signature. Toffee Talk is NOT responsible for damage or theft after delivery to an address specified by the customer. Shipping to a business address is the best practice to ensure that the toffee arrives in the best possible condition if you are unsure if the recipient will be home to accept the delivery.
We currently do not provide delivery to international destinations, APOs or FPOs.
Warm-Weather Shipping For Chocolates (additional $4.00 per box)
Cold-pack inserts are required for shipments during warm weather months at an additional cost of $4.00 per shipment.
In warm weather months to ensure your order arrives in the condition it left our kitchen, orders may be held during extending heat waves and the customer will be contacted.

For large orders over $500 please call so we can best accommodate your needs.
Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you or the recipients of our toffee are unhappy with the order, please contact us and we will either credit your account or replace the merchandise.
Please note: We do not guarantee shipping chocolate products using the Standard Ground shipping option in the summer. The heat will melt the chocolate. We advise that you upgrade your shipping option to Overnight Shipping and request a cold pack. Toffee Talk cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
